Check Location Services
There are a ton of apps which rely for location updates in the background. Go to Settings > Privacy > Location Services and set apps to ‘While Using’ which you believe are gobbling up battery. Or you can go the Rambo route and just disable the Location Services toggle switch. Remember, doing this will render some apps useless, like Uber and Google Maps.
Set Screen Brightness to Automatic
A constantly bright screen can put a huge strain on your battery life. Launch Settings, then go to General > Accessibility > Display Accommodations and enabled Auto-Brightness.
Use Dark Mode
This will work well on newer iPhones with an OLED display. Enable iOS 13 dark mode by going to Settings > Display & Brightness and then change Appearance to Dark.
Disable Useless Notifications

Turn off Raise to Wake
Though it looks cool, but accidentally waking your display whenever you pull your iPhone to your faec causes battery drain every single time. Turn off the feature by going to Settings > Display & Brightness > Raise to Wake OFF.
Turn Off ‘Hey Siri’

Check Battery Health

Turn off Screen Time

Try Clean Installing iOS 13
This usually helps most of the time. An over the air installation is not the best route to take if you have a ton of data on your iPhone or iPad including apps, games, photos, videos and whatnot. Just take a backup of everything using iTunes or iCloud and give iOS 13 a fresh install.
