All 3 models of the Samsung galaxy tab s8 have been leaked by reliable leaker Evan Blass. They reveal a completely new design and Samsung could finally rival the iPad.

Evan Blass has taken to twitter to reveal the Galaxy Tab S8, The Tab S8 Plus & the Tab S8 Ultra. While the 2 smaller versions retain a similar design to their predecessors we get an all new Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra with a notch. They also look exactly the same as the previous renders provided by Onleaks back in October
Galaxy Tab S8
The Galaxy Tab S8 is coming with an 11″ IPS LCD Display, its a 120Hz display thats reportedly coming with a 1600 x 2560 resolution.
it looks similar to its predesessor and similar to the plus apart from the smaller display and different button placement.
We have slim bezels all round along with a selfie camera inside the bezel which will reportedly be an 8MP selfie camera.
On the rear we get a dual camera setup which consists of a 13MP wide angle camera & a 5MP ultra wide.
Its powered by the snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset and will reportedly be coming with 8GB Ram and a choice of 128GB, 256GB or 512GB storage.
Its all powered by an 8,000 mAh battery with 45W fast charge and will ship with One UI 4.0 based on android 12.
Galaxy Tab S8 Plus
As you can see from Evan’s render above the Tab S8 plus sports a similar design to its smaller counterpart but has a slightly different button placement.
The Galaxy Tab S8 plus will be coming with a 12.4″ OLED display, its a 120hz panel with a resolution of 1752 x 2800 and again we get an 8MP selfie camera embedded into the bezel.
On the rear we get a dual camera setup that consists of a 13MP wide angle & a 5MP ultra wide camera & again this will use the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset from Qualcomm.
It will reportedly be coming with 8GB Ram and a choice of 128GB, 256GB or 512GB storage but the Tab S8 plus gets a larger 10,090 mAh battery with 45W fast charging.
It will of course ship with One UI 4.0 based on android 12.
Galaxy Tab S8 ULTRA
The Galaxy tab s8 ultra features a fresh new design and its the first time we’re seeing a notch from Samsung. We appear to have much thinner bezels on the tab s8 ultra but we still get nice even bezels around the frame.
The reason for the notch is to house a dual camera system instead of the single selfie cameras found on the smaller models.
With the tab s8 ultra we get an 8MP wide angle and a 5MP ultrawide for the selfies but on the rear we get the same 13MP wide angle & 5MP ultrawide.
The Tab S8 Ultra has a 14.6″ OLED display which is again 120Hz and at a native resolution of 2960 x 1848.3
Its using the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset and will be available in a choice of 8GB or 12GB Ram, and a choice of 128GB, 256GB or 512GB storage.
We get a 11,500 mAh battery with 45W fast charge & it ships with One UI 4.0 based on android 12.
The notch seems to be a bit of a shock for many, but all the leakers agree that it is the case & it will definitely be happening.

Galaxy Tab S8 Pricing
While no official announcement has been made on pricing we can look at previous releases and the specs & hardware to come to a good estimate.
Considering everything we believe the tab s8 will start from $750 (£600), The Tab S8 Plus to start from $1,031 (£750) & the Tab S8 Ultra to start from $1,300 (£950)
Galaxy Tab S8 Launch Date
No official announcement has been made yet but an internal source has advised that we’ll be seeing a launch half way through March 2022.
Galaxy Tab S8 Conclusion
Overall its looking like a great release from Samsung and we should hopefully get a powerful tablet to rival the iPads. These new renders fall exactly in line with ones previously provided by Onleaks so we can be certain this will be it.
