After many rumors that the Galaxy S21 FE was cancelled, we now know that it is coming and we have the pictures to prove it!
The Galaxy S21 FE is of course the fan edition of the phone where samsung essentially re release the phone and offer the features that they consider most important for S fans
Galaxy S21 FE Design
Thanks to Coinbrs we have the marketing images leaked for the Galaxy S21 FE confirming the phone looks pretty much the same as its premium counterpart, the galaxy s21.
When it comes to the S21 FE however we have a slightly larger 6.4″ display, and this will be a FHD+ 120Hz AMOLED display. We have a hole punch selfie camera on the front and this will reportedly be a 32MP wide angle camera.
Galaxy S21 FE Cameras
When it comes to the camera system we’re getting a triple camera setup and we also see the LED flash just outside the camera module.
Its reportedly coming with a 64MP primary camera, a depth sensor and an ultrawide camera but the specifics of these 2 cameras are currently onknown.
Galaxy S21 FE Hardware
The Galaxy S21 FE is going to be powered by the snapdragon 888 in USA which means its plenty powerful for gaming and any other cpu intensive tasks. For those elsewhere it will be powered by the Exynos 2100 which is also a perfectly capable chipset.
Its coming with up to 8GB Ram & 256GB of internal storage and we’re also getting an upgraded battery compares with the S21.
The Galaxy S21 FE gets an increased capacity up to 4,500 mAh thanks to its larger size than the standard S21, and we also get 15Watt fast charging technology.
Its shipping with Android 11 and comes with 5G, 4G LTE, Bluetooth 5.1 & dual band wifi. It will be coming in a choice of Black, White, Lavender & cream and the marketing images seem to match with the leaked S21 FE backplate we saw last week
Galaxy S21 FE Launch Date
The Galaxy S21 FE is reportedly launching on the 4th January and there wont be any pre order period. The phone will just go up on sale from the 11th January so consumers can get their hands on them then.
Galaxy S21 FE Price
According to retailer LamdaTek the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE is set to start from $950 , €877 or £737 for the UK. This is for the 128GB/6GB version.
