✅ The Tech Chap:

  1. I will most likely skip the Fold 3. Tech and innovation is getting better. I still think the Huawei's fold is a bit better. The price is also something that puts me off on buying the Fold 3. I love the Note series with the S Pen inside and will probably wait next year for the Note to come out. I care very little for the S Pen support with a compatible case.

  2. Hi, I'm watching from Canada's high Arctic! Superb video, thanks for sharing. I've just subscribed, and I look forward to more leaks, and info on tech like smartphones. Have a wonderful day.

  3. I heard they are considering using a Chinese supplier for their batteries for the Z line of phones releasing this year. Apparently in an effort to get the cost down on the phones.
That leaves me feeling like we may have another Samsung battery issue like a few years ago. I'd rather pay $2,000 US dollars for a Z fold 3 and know that it has a robust set of hardware (including battery) than pay $1,700 and get a battery that might short in 6 months of usage and catch fire.

People are also critical of Samsung not pushing harder on fast charging beyond 25 watts.

Take it from an electrical engineer here….. there are severe negatives that come with increasing the current on a daily basis to lithium ion batteries.
I'm good with 25 watt charging.

  4. Very expensive with that crease still there for an eventually throw away investment. If using stylus screen needs to be decent glass & able to store it internally without a case.

  5. I'm not a big fan of the folding phones but I will say that I seen 1 in person and the display is outrageously stunning, I personally have the s20 5g ultra and to say the least is at least mine actually fits very nicely in my pocket, but to each their own
